View map layers on online viewers.

First, Level 1, Arcgis

Navigate to : https://www.arcgis.com/apps/mapviewer/index.html?layers=363c856090d7402b971d620c0126382b

We begin on a website that let’s you create maps by adding layer of informations, or drawings. and others stuff.

Pretty straight forward, add a layer with “Ajouter" button on left pannel (next to it, the arrow point reviels other options).

Click a layer to get info, add it on the view by clicking "Ajouter à la carte".

Go back to previous menu by clicking the little arrow point facing left,

You are where we began, here you can hower and click on the layer and the little eye is to shut down the layer to show the ones beneath it.

Level 2, EU’s Wise Freshwater map viewer

Go to https://discomap.eea.europa.eu/wise-freshwaterviewer/?page=Page&views=Quality-Elements

With this page, only about water, you can click the several menus ” Reference datasets1” “Ecological Status” “Quantitative Status” “Chemical Status” etc …

On the left panel appears some more little menus, click on them to choose a layer and add it with the little “+” sign, and let them charge onto the map.

Unfortunatelly, some won’t charge due to being too heavy, or because of some restriction.

But fortunately, here comes :

Level 3

First load the Arcgis map viewer from Level 1, check then on the level 2 Wise Freshwater map viewer. As seen before, choose from menu the layer you are interested in. Instead of using the little “+” sign, copy the link saying “Link to service” . Finally, back on the Arcgis viewer choose to add a layer by URL, and paste your link in the appearing window, and

There you go !
